1. Who we are
AI Rap Video is operated and sold by Code Canyon LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, referred to as "we" in these terms.
2. The service
AI Rap Video is a digital software service. It turns one photo of one person into a short, AI-generated vertical music video. You choose a theme, and each theme has one fixed length of 10 or 15 seconds. The singing voice is generated to fit the person in your photo. A theme is a scene, an outfit, a beat and fixed lyrics written by us. You cannot enter your own lyrics or text. The person in your photo is shown in the look of the theme and performs its fixed lyrics. The music and visuals are generated and are not taken from existing songs.
The service is delivered electronically, normally within a few minutes after you start a video, and not later than the progress shown in the workbench indicates. We do not guarantee perfect likeness, lip-sync, a fixed completion time or the exact recreation of any song or performance. The credit cost is shown in the workbench before you pay.
3. AI models and providers
Videos are generated with the MiniMax H3 video model, which we call through the KIE API platform. Photos are checked and finished videos are checked by an AI vision service that we call from our own servers. These models are operated by third parties and the quality of the result depends on them. We name them here so that you know what is used. They may change, and we will update this page when they do. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other content, so check a video before you share it and do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial matters.
4. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your Google access secure. If you think your account was used without your permission, write to support@ai-rapvideo.dev at once.
5. Credits, prices and payment
Credits are bought in one-time packs. You authorize one payment for the pack you choose. Nothing renews, there is no subscription and there is no automatic recharge. Prices are in US dollars and are shown without applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply. Every video uses 10 credits, whatever the theme.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe or Waffo Pancake, and the checkout page shows which one handles your order. When Stripe handles it, we are the seller and Stripe processes the payment for us. When Waffo Pancake handles it, Waffo Pancake is the online reseller and merchant of record for your order. Your account receives credits only after the payment is confirmed. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire while your account is active. Buying credits does not start a video. A video that fails does not use credits. There is no second payment to unlock a finished video and videos have no watermark.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have been used for a video are not refunded, and a video that fails is not charged. The full rules, including duplicate charges and outages, are in the Refund Policy, which is also shown at checkout. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews.
7. Billing questions and disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, write to support@ai-rapvideo.dev before you ask your bank or card issuer for a chargeback. We reply within 3 business days and aim to resolve the matter within 10 business days. This does not limit your rights under the law or under your card network's rules.
8. Your content and the output
You keep the rights you already have in your photo. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to use the photo and your choices only to provide the service to you, to keep it safe and to follow the law. We do not use your photo or video to train models and we do not publish them. Subject to these terms and to the rights of others, you own the video generated for you and may use it. We cannot grant you rights in third-party music, performances or likenesses, and we do not guarantee exclusive rights in AI output. The examples on our site are made from AI-generated people.
9. Photo rights and acceptable use
Upload only a photo of yourself, or of an adult who has clearly agreed to it. By starting a video you confirm that you have the right to use the photo and that the person shown has agreed. Do not upload photos of children or of anyone under 18. The Content Policy is part of these terms and lists what is not allowed, including pornography, violence, hate speech, content unsafe for children, deepfakes and impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. You also may not present a generated video as a real recording, use the service to train a competing model, systematically scrape its output, present AI output as the work of a licensed professional, or bypass any safety check. You are responsible for claims or losses caused by your breach, as far as the law allows.
10. Safety checks and enforcement
Every photo is checked before a video is made and every finished video is checked before it is shown. We may refuse a request, withhold a video that does not pass, restrict or remove content, or suspend access for misuse, as set out in the Content Policy. If a video is withheld by our check, the credits for it are returned. To report content or ask for a review, write to support@ai-rapvideo.dev.
11. Data and privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what we process and for how long. In short, an uploaded photo is deleted about 7 days after upload and a finished video 30 days after it is delivered, so download the videos you want to keep. Your card data is handled by the payment processor and is not stored on our servers. After you close your account we keep your data only for the periods in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after a warning where that is reasonable. Credits that remain on an account closed for a serious breach are forfeited, and in every other case unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
15. Changes
We may change these terms. For material changes we post the new version with its date at least 14 days before it applies, and we tell signed-in users by email where the law requires it. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept it.
