Credits and payments
Straight answers about the AI rap generator, credits and photos.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Buy a one-time credit pack through our secure checkout. Buying a pack only adds credits, and you decide when to make a video. Your credits do not expire while your account is active.
What happens if a generation fails?
It costs nothing. A failed generation does not use credits, and neither does a video that our safety check withholds. Your balance stays as it was and you can try again. A connection timeout does not necessarily mean the generation failed, so check the existing video before creating another.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits already used for a video are not refunded, and a failed video is not charged. See the Refund Policy for duplicate charges and outages, or contact support about an existing order.
