Version 2.3, effective October 29, 2026. This policy covers credit packs bought at AI Rap Video. To ask for a refund or for help with an order, write to support@ai-rapvideo.dev with your order reference. We reply within 3 business days.
1. What you buy
Credit packs are one-time purchases made through our payment provider, Stripe or Waffo Pancake, after you sign in. Every video uses 10 credits, whatever the theme. Nothing renews, so there is no subscription to cancel. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active. Buying a pack only adds credits. A purchase made from the workbench also authorizes one video from the photo and settings you saved, after the payment and the credits are confirmed.
2. Unused credits: 7 days
You can ask for a refund of credits you have not used within 7 days of the purchase. We refund the unused part to the original payment method. Credits that have been used to make a video are not refunded.
3. Failed videos are not charged
If a video fails after it was accepted, the credits for it are restored against the original charge, once. This also applies when our safety check withholds a finished video. A timeout, a closed browser tab or a slow transfer does not prove a failure, so check the original task first. A video that was delivered successfully is not a failed task because you would have preferred a different result. Choosing another theme, voice or length and creating another video is a new request.
4. Other cases we refund
- Duplicate or wrong charges: if you were charged twice for the same order or the wrong amount, we correct it or refund the difference.
- Long outages: if the service is unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row after you bought credits and you could not use them, you can ask for a refund of the unused credits.
- The law: where the law gives you a right to withdraw or to a refund, for example a statutory withdrawal period, that right applies. Nothing here limits it.
5. How to ask and how long it takes
Write to support@ai-rapvideo.dev from your account email with the order reference and what happened. Never send card numbers or passwords. We check the order with the payment service and tell you the result. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The time they take to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.
6. If you disagree
Please write to us before you open a chargeback, so we can fix the problem quickly. This does not affect your rights with your bank or card issuer.
7. Safety and policy cases
If a request was rejected or an account was restricted for a policy reason, we look at what actually happened. See the Content Policy and the Terms of Service.
