Version 2.3, effective October 29, 2026. This is the acceptable use policy for AI Rap Video. It applies to everything you submit and everything the service generates, and it is part of the Terms of Service.
1. Scope
The service accepts one photo of one person and a choice of theme, voice and length. It does not accept free-text prompts or custom lyrics, so the words in a video always come from our own themes. The policy covers your photo, the video and audio we generate, and anything you send us in a report or support request.
2. What is not allowed
You may not submit or generate:
- Pornography and sexual content, including nudity, sexualized content and non-consensual intimate content. For an image and video service this is a hard rule, not a restricted category.
- Violence and gore, threats and encouragement of physical harm.
- Hate speech and targeted harassment.
- Content unsafe for children, including any sexual content involving minors. Do not upload photos of children or of anyone under 18.
- Deepfakes and impersonation of real people.
- Copyright and trademark infringement, including unauthorized music, footage, characters and brands.
2.1 Zero tolerance
We do not allow face swapping, making a person appear to wear nothing or to be sexualized, placing two real people in an intimate scene, or making a person appear to say or do something in order to deceive. This applies whether or not the person agreed.
2.2 Photos of real people
Upload only a photo of yourself, or of an adult who has clearly agreed. You confirm this each time you start a video. Photos of celebrities, politicians and other public figures are not allowed without their permission, and neither are photos of people who have not agreed. Having the person's agreement does not make a prohibited use allowed.
2.3 Other misuse
Do not pass a generated video off as a real recording, impersonate a person, brand or institution, bypass or try to trick a safety check, or abuse the service.
3. How we check content
- Before a video is made: every photo is checked by an automated AI vision service for exactly one clear face and for unsupported content, such as sexual content, and photos that fail are rejected before any credits are used for generation.
- Before a video is shown: the finished video is checked by an automated AI vision service on still frames from the start, middle and end. A video that fails is deleted, never shown, and its credits are returned. If the check cannot run, the video is not shown until it can.
- Provider systems: our generation provider applies its own safety systems, and a request can be refused by it.
- People: reports and the decisions flagged by the automated checks are reviewed by a person. We keep the results of automated checks and of human reviews for 3 years so that we can explain a decision.
- Our own files: the backdrops, outfits, beats and lyrics of every theme are written and reviewed by us. There is no public gallery, so user videos are not published.
4. Reporting a problem
Report anything you think breaks this policy, or any photo of you used without your agreement. Say which task or link it concerns and what is wrong. We treat reports confidentially, review them fairly, and take no action against you for a report made in good faith. We may act against reports that are knowingly false.
5. Where to report
Write to support@ai-rapvideo.dev, or open a ticket on our support page. These channels are read by a person on business days.
6. How fast we respond

7. What we do about violations
Depending on how serious and how repeated a violation is, we may reject a request, withhold or delete a video, warn you, limit what you can do, suspend your account for a time, or close it permanently and forfeit its remaining credits. Child sexual abuse material and credible threats lead to immediate closure, and we report them to the authorities, including the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as the law requires. We keep a record of each action.
8. Appeals
If you think we made a mistake, write to support@ai-rapvideo.dev with the task or account reference and your reasons. We review the decision again on the original evidence and on anything new you send, and where a different person is available, that person decides. We answer within 10 business days. If we were wrong, we restore access and, where it applies, the credits.
9. Changes and transparency
We update this policy when the service or the risks change and post the date at the top. We give at least 14 days notice of material changes. We publish a summary of enforcement figures on request.
